Anna M. Miller (1933–2003), G.G.,
RMV, a Master Gemologist Appraiser,
jewelry historian, author, lecturer, instructor and developer
of the MasterValuer Program, consulted with
individuals and companies on buying, selling, appraising and
interpreting the jewelry arts. Miller authored five books on
gems and jewelry, including Cameos
Old & New and Illustrated Guide to Jewelry Appraising (both GemStone Press).
Gail Brett Levine, G.G., is executive director of the National Association of
